I stayed at Glendon Guest House for a couple of nights as I was working in the area. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room I had was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Lots of nice touches like complimentary Elarmis toiletries, homemade cake on arrival, a wide selection of teas and coffees and fresh milk in the fridge replenished daily.
Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious with a wide choice of menu. The separate guest lounge was stunning and very comfortable. Although I didn’t have occasion to use them a wide selection of maps and guidebooks was provided.
The location itself is excellent, a short walk through the park to the town centre where there is a wide range of facilities and eateries.
I’ve already booked to return, while I’m in the area.
