A very comfortable and beautifully decorated guest house. There are so many good things about it that I do not know where to start. One example is the food which is excellent. You realise how good the coffee is when you stay somewhere else. We particularly loved the patio/seating area behind the house which is furnished with very comfortable outdoor seating. Adrian and Damien have gone to a great deal of trouble to make this area look truly beautiful with colourful and imaginative planting. This seating area was very popular with all the guests during the very hot weather, and we had many interesting conversations there with the other guests often late into the evening. If you do not wish to drive everywhere Matlock station is only a short walk away and the train will take you to the local attractions.
Excellent in so many ways.
