Breakfast at Glendon Bed and Breakfast
Our high standards ensure that breakfast at Glendon is delicious every time. All hot breakfast choices are cooked fresh-to-order and served to your table. A selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and fruit compote is also provided as part of the breakfast choice.
An extensive traditional and vegetarian breakfast
Glendon dining room
Breakfast at Glendon is served in the large bright and airy dining room at individual tables. With ornate coving and a grand French style chandelier it is a lovely room for dining. You can take time to relax with a pot of freshly brewed tea of your choice or a cafetiere of freshly ground coffee, juices, toast and preserves, all served at your table.

Breakfast is served from 8-9am Monday to Friday and 8.30-9.15am at weekends and bank holidays. If you require breakfast a little earlier, we are happy to accommodate this. Alternatively, a continental option can be provided in your room.
We believe that food should be simple, wholesome and delicious, with a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan options as well as our traditional breakfasts. If you have special dietary requirements, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs.
We source from a range of quality suppliers. Where possible we use local suppliers to support the community and reduce food miles.
As well as excellent quality we have achieved a food hygiene rating of 5 (the ratings go form 0-5, with 5 being the top) from our local environmental health department. The rating covers the handing, storage and preparation of food as well as cleanliness and the management of food safety.
